As a sales representative, I learned to negotiate with the business owners, executives, IT directors, and vendors to build trust-worthy relationships for advising lease and acquisition options for new equipment. Fabulous Family Fun Center was a new 3.5 million start-up business in the family entertainment/amusement park space. As the Brand Manager, I was responsible for marketing co-ordination through negotiating media buys with local tv and radio stations, placing billboard ads, directing commercial spots, designing client retention campaigns, managing strategic partnerships with local restaurants and special promotions through marketing events.

Additionally, my role was extended to overseeing the direct-mail and newsletter campaigns, directing the website content and promotions strategy, as well as leading the negotiations with large strategic partners. I was a major contributor in developing the annual marketing plans.

Launching a tech start-up.


When I first joined FamilyArc, the project was just beginning with initial research, concepts and very limited resources. I was contracted to provide ui/ux for the minimum viable product, MVP. Within a few short months, my role was expanding as I naturally began solving problems by reducing cost, managing deliverables across competing timelines and digging deeper for the keys to success in developing our unique value proposition for placing this product in an emerging marketplace.

Our early adoption success was a result of focus in two specific areas. The first being our ability to turn tested feedback into a superior product that attracted the target demo and inspired confidence. Secondly, we launched targeted communications towards building trust with premiere UHNW families and partnerships with top influencers in the wealth management sector, including Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Wells Fargo. We raised 2.5 million in private funding and established the path forward for long-term sustainable growth.

Working at ThunderColor provided years of experience with a wide range of clients by conceiving and implementing visual marketing programs that range from print media to digital. Most clients had a multiple of messages that are important to their site visitors that needed to be organized into a clear strategy. Our principled approach transformed simple statements of intent into a story that elicits an emotional response and created clear calls-to-action. We helped Adventures and World Race grow their annual revenue by 19 percent in one year, PosNation increase sales leads by 100 percent in 9 months, and FXEvolve convert 10 percent with campaigns built on strategy and driven by data.
